Race Property – New Server Rollout & Office IT Consultation
Race Property teamed up with our IT Support & IT consulting services to roll out a new server and office setup at their office in Banyo, Brisbane.
Race Property specialise in retail property management and have staff regionally across Queensland and New South Wales. With a growing number of staff that work both in office and remotely, revising their server setup & network to accommodate more staff and ensure their information and redundancy is secure, Race required a bespoke IT Consultancy.
Services Provided to Race Property Included:
- IT audit and workstation cataloging
- Server sourcing and set up
- Network drive and user account creation and desktop rollout
- Backup configuration and redundancy protocols
- Exchange Email account transfer and support
- Ongoing IT support contract
Race also required an update to their website presence as their service focus had changed significantly since their business inception. The main purpose of their digital strategy was to expose their extensive retail property portfolio, and communicate their specialised service.
This meant deliverables of a custom photo shoot and a medium sized website. We provided full content creation, image sourcing, website design and website development on a lightweight WordPress theme. The result is a crisp, clean and streamlined presentation of Race’s portfolio and specialised services.
South East Auto Loans – Server Backup Implementation
South East Auto Loans have a simple office setup with a single server and 4-5 workstations. Auto loans wanted to ensure their server resources were redundant, secure, and easily accessible in the event of any network issues. Creative Curiosity gaged their requirements, and implemented a lightweight, low cost server backup option. We also troubleshooted and fixed some network permission errors (don’t you love those), and mapped some additional drives for a new machine.
